NQT +1 Programme (Cross phase)

Teachers who completed their NQT year in July 2021, are falling between the NQT and ECF approaches.
At the Redhill College for Leadership and Development we are determined to provide high quality CPD for them.
These teachers are entitled to 5% additional protected time. We have decided to group this time together at the end of each half term so NQT+1’s can engage with in depth CPD together.

Our half-day sessions will be offered on two different days each half term, so schools can spread the impact on cover.

Lunch will be available from 12:30 on each day.
