Baby Massage & Reflexology Class
This is a 5-week course for babies from 6 weeks to crawling, with a maximum of 8 adults and babies in one group.

Our classes are relaxed, fun and informative and we want you to enjoy your time with us and your baby too.
The classes include:
Learning baby massage techniques
Learning useful reflexology techniques
Baby stretches
Songs and rhymes
Brief discussion
Relaxation time for parent and baby
The aim of the classes are to:
Provide a welcoming, safe place for parent and baby
Provide a fun, bonding time for parent and baby
Help with baby development and wellbeing
Aid relaxation of parent and baby
We will provide:
A mat and towel for your baby
Natural plant oil for massage
Handouts to use at home
