Sarah, known for her "wardrobes and workouts", is an expert in physical exercise and has been running fitness classes for over 18 years. She is passionate about exercise for health and want her share her knowledge in this 1 hour seminar.

Do you know the difference between being ‘Fit’ and being 'Fit for health'?
And, do you know if you are physically active enough to be as healthy as you can be?

My talk will explain what ‘physical exercise’ actually is, the difference between Cardiovascular exercise, Strength training, and the 'Golden Duo’ - how exercise affects both brain function and body.

I will guide you through how much physical activity is considered best for health and how it is possible to reach your goal and stay Fit for health, forever - also covering the 3 biggest prevention factors - time, injury and enjoyment.

On the evening Sarah will show you how to access free resources that can help you on your way to feeling fitter in 2018. They'll be 2 home workouts available free of charge.

Tickets can be booked directly online or you can call Sarah on 07770 417418
