OUR TRAINING COURSES - BOOKINGS
Safeguarding Children Training was set up by Richard Woodley, a retired Child Abuse Investigation Detective Sergeant, to deliver Child Protection courses on behalf of Local Safeguarding Children Boards. We now provide ‘best value’ learning solutions directly to a range of professional organisations including Schools, Childcare settings, Charities, Housing Associations, and Transport providers.
We provide a range of face-to-face specialist training courses for anyone working or volunteering with children and young people. Courses are specifically designed to meet the learning needs of sector professionals including health, social services, education, police, LSCBs, charities, voluntary, community groups, housing, hospitality and leisure etc.
Our training courses are classroom-based face-to-face, incorporating group discussions and activities to enable shared experiential learning.
All training incorporates the requirements of the Children Acts 1989 and 2004 along with statutory guidance, ‘Keeping children safe in education’ and ‘Working together to safeguard children’.
These are our pre-scheduled courses organised throughout the year for delegates to attend. All courses can also be delivered on-site at your location and date of your choice.
