PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS BELOW BEFORE PURCHASING A PASS:
* NOTE: Before purchasing a pass please be aware that we do not run classes during December.
* Do not buy multiple passes for multiple people at the same time otherwise you will get overcharged. You must purchase and pay for a pass for each person separately with a different email address for each person.
* This Flexi Pass gives you 6 evenings of classes that can be used on any mix of our regular weekly class nights only over an 8 consecutive week period from the first date you book on the pass. A pass also allows you to book on the same day at no extra charge.
* When you Select a pass you will then need to select a normal price ticket ie your first booking date, to put on the pass before being allowed to purchase. You do not need to put all your booking dates on the pass, only the first one.
* You MUST still book in for each date selecting a normal price ticket anytime BEFORE attending, using the SAME email address that you bought the pass with. Bookings will then be auto added to your pass without requesting payment and you will get a booking reference and confirmation email. You can change bookings on your pass up to 6pm of the booking date using the booking link in your booking confirmation email. Failure to book before attending will result in a £3 admin charge and/or a deduction of one additional use.
* No refunds once 1st date on pass has arrived. No extensions if you don't use all 6 visits over the 8 consecutive weeks.
* Only valid for the same person each time for the 6 visits. Bookings made under one pass for more than one attendee name will be rejected, your whole pass revoked and you may not receive a refund.
* The 8 consecutive week validity of the pass from 6 visits at any of our regular weekly class nights also allows for any unforeseen circumstances on both parts eg illness, Bank or other Holidays etc.
* We DO NOT extend passes.
* If you are viewing this from the pop up window, use the blue button at the bottom of the window to Select the pass and then hit the Cancel button next to it to return to the previous screen where you can add a ticket to the pass and access the checkout.
