Instructions
- Please do not bring your own drinks or food (you will be asked to leave without a refund) and please purchase a drink at the bar to support our use of the venue.
- Doors open 6.45pm
- Free Large Onsite Car Park (venue is one with the tennis courts). Or 5 min walk from Rhiwbina train station or No 21 Cardiff Bus.
- Classes are approx 50 minutes in length (unless specified otherwise), all times given could be subject to some delay and overrun.
- Casual Smart wear is the norm, we recommend you wear anything comfortable on your feet with a smooth sole.

Otherwise a £3 additional cash admin charge will be payable on the day before being allowed entry. Tickets are only available until all spaces are booked.
