The Pilates improver’s class is suitable for women who have recently attended a number of Pilates courses and are familiar with foundational Pilates exercises
Pilates is a non-impact class, suitable for adults of any level of fitness. The Pilates classes are suitable for people interested in improving core strength and posture.
Please note the classes are not suitable if you are pregnant or post-natal.
