These progressive workshops address the causes of pain and how we interact with it to enable us to feel less distressed, enjoy moving, support the body and improve mental state.
Using familiar movements such as pilates, tai chi & yoga, combined with joyful music, mindful techniques and somatic meditations - you will come away feeling more connected to your body with skills you can use to improve the quality of daily life.

Please DO NOT attend the studio if you are unwell, have symptoms of COVID-19, have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 or have been told to self-isolate.
WHAT TO BRING
~ Please wear layers for warmth
~ Bring your own yoga mat and a blanket
~ Please bring a water bottle
~ We ask you kindly wear a mask covering your nose and mouth to enter or move around the studio, unless medically exempt. This can be removed whilst on your mat.
ARRIVAL
~ The entry gates from the road may be closed - these are automatic gates, simply drive close to them and wait a few moments for them to open.
~ Please leave any belongings you do not need in the car
~ On arrival please wait for your teacher to open the door once they are ready for you to enter
~ We ask you kindly wear a mask covering your nose and mouth to enter or move around the studio, unless medically exempt. This can be removed whilst on your mat.
~ Please remove your shoes at the door, silence your phone completely and leave in a cubby. No outside shoes should be worn beyond the cubbies.
