Essential pre-visit information
In order to provide the best experience for your students and avoid cancellations, please download and follow the relevant pre-visit information from the Documents section of this site. Late cancellation fees apply (see below).
Cancellation Policy 2019
Late cancellations don’t allow enough time for other schools to make arrangements to fill the vacant sessions so we ask you to carefully consider your whole school timetable and class programming before making bookings with us.
Late cancellations will continue to incur a cancellation fee of $51.50 where you cancel your booking less than 14 school days before your session date.
We will contact you via email approximately eight weeks prior to your booking and ask you to confirm by return email to secure your place. If you do not confirm your booking we will cancel your session (at no charge to you) and make it available to other schools.
Travel reimbursement
SA Water offers reimbursement of bus hire up to 25% for regional and disadvantaged schools. This is subject to approval and is assessed on a case by case basis. For details, please contact us via brainwave@sawater.com.au
