🌞Silent in Sedona - 3-Day Silent Meditation Retreat 💫

Details

Why a Silent Meditation Retreat?
The desert evokes silence. It is the perfect environment to be still and listen. Listen to the raven’s wings cutting through the air. Listen to the still, small voice within.

Even if you find the idea of a silent meditation retreat challenging, once you take the leap you will discover the powerful benefits: a much needed break from technology and the bombardment of sound, a retreat from your busy life, the respite of deep silence. It is an experience that stays with you forever.

Join us to reflect, get still, and listen to the voice of your soul. Clarity and peace await!

What We'll Do
This is an opportunity to retreat to Sedona, put down the busy world, and sink deep into nature and yourself. No phones. No television. No work. No news. No distractions. Just the deep inner peace that can only arrive when the distractions disappear.

Throughout the weekend, as you practice “Noble Silence,” Michele will guide you through a variety of meditation and awareness practices.

Each day includes morning sunrise greeting of the day and gentle stretching, meditation teachings and guided practice. Between sessions there is ample personal time to walk in nature, reflect, journal, and rest.

Fresh and organic cuisine is enjoyed in silence, as we practice mindful eating. The program concludes with time for Q & A as our silence ends after breakfast Sunday morning.

Please note: You will be asked to put away your cell phone and devices on Friday night; you can take them out again Sunday morning after we close the circle. Please give loved ones the emergency number in case they need to reach you.

We will S-L-O-W down, relax and renew our spirits among the glorious red rocks. The focus will be on meditation and we'll do things like:

* Meditate outdoors in the the vortex energy. 🌀
* Expand your meditation toolkit to include powerful awareness practices.
* Full Moon meditation at night. 🌠
* Inspired journaling to set your inner guidance free.
* Sunrise greeting the new day to align with the day's energy.
* Enjoy Sedona! 😊
