Jen Shackleton is a Wellbeing Practitioner who uses clinically-proven psycho-sensory techniques to help her clients overcome emotional issues, phobias and trauma. She is an Advanced Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique, an NLP Coach, and a Practitioner in Breathwork and Laughter Yoga. Jen is also a Freestyle Fitness Yoga and PiYO instructor at FitGlow Studio.
