It's time to treat yourself. Slow down and take a break from the restless hum of the outside world with a supportive, relaxing and restful yoga retreat.
An hour and half of slow, mindful movements drawn from the Feldenkrais system and yoga along with breathwork will soothe your body, calm your mind and nourish your nervous system. We'll complete the practice with a deep yoga nidra relaxation allowing you to reconnect with your own natural inner rhythm.

All you need is a space, an internet connection and a device to connect to Zoom. Supportive props can make your practice extra special. You can use ordinary things that you'll find at home like a pillows, a couple of books and a blanket. Leave your phone on silent outside the room and you're ready for some serious relaxation.
