Yoga with Sindy & Michael
Weekly online yoga classes with Sindy Haque and Michael Eley through zoom right into your living room.
At the moment we're offering three types of class:
Bikram Yoga - 60 minutes a fixed sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, usually practised in the heat, so get your space heaters out!
Vinyasa Yoga - 60 minutes a flowing style of yoga with a warm up involving sun salutations, which can be as dynamic as you want it to be.
HIIT - 25 minutes - high intensity interval training - mat-based exercises designed to get your heart rate up.
Sunday Surrender - 45 minutes of gentle vinyasa followed by a 15 minute meditation.
