Details

Pilates is a class to strengthen your midsection (core) in order to protect and stabilize the lower back.
Whatever your age, gender, body type or fitness level; whether you are training for an athletic event, recovering from an injury/ illness, or just want to “get in shape”, Pilates is a safe and effective whole body workout.

Pilates will teach you body awareness, improve posture and challenge your physique.
Each week we focus on a different aspect, e.g rotation, shoulder stabilization, while still working the whole body. Equipment is provided to add further challenges and fun to the class.

Classes are progressive so it is important to commit to yourself to attend the classes. You will be in a class suitable for your level so please feel confidant you are able for it!
