This mixed ability class is suitable for everyone. It's a great tied me over class to keep you in shape over the summer months.
Each exercise will be "layered up," you are encouraged to stop at any layer that suits your ability,
This technical class covers all the fundamentals of Pilates whilst having fun and challenging your body.
NB the first two weeks of this course will be held in Loreto Primary School and the remaining four weeks will be held in the Church of the Annunciation Hall, Willbrook road.***
