Belly dance tones the abdomen and lower back and can help you to have confidence in your body. Contrary to popular belief, belly dance can be enjoyed by people of all different body shapes.
In this beginner class you will learn modern belly dance styles, building on techniques and learning routines as a group. Once you feel you have a good understanding of the basic belly dance moves there is the option to progress to the Tribal Fusion belly dance class for more complex moves and routines.
