A health Par-q and disclaimer MUST be filled out PRIOR to training for ALL clients. You must NOT train while unwell. It is up to you to notify the instructor of changes to your health.

If you cannot attend a class you are booked for we do ask if you can PLEASE CANCEL YOUR SPACE ON THIS SITE. Failure to cancel spaces results in wasted spaces and unhappy reserve lists
