Weekend off grid to rest, realign and awaken.
2 nights accommodation in comfortable beds in authentic bell tents in a beautiful location amongst the picturesque views of the Welsh mountains. We’ll be off grid so cut off from the chaos of the ‘normal’ world.
Spend a weekend nourishing your body with colourful foods as your food is all included. Joining in with activities that will calm the mind and soothe your soul. Be with like minded people and become part of a positive, happy community. We will have breathwork in the wood fired sauna and outdoor cold water dipping (if you want to). Meditation as the sun rises and cacao ceremony after the sun sets with sharing circle around the firepit. Guided walks and also time to explore on your own or just be in the beautiful surroundings of your home for the weekend. I cannot wait for the magic, the joy and excitement of the special memories that will be created surrounded by special people. It will be a summer soul retreat to remember ✨🙏
