Sound Bath/Meditation/Therapy session, 1hr 15mins. Inverstment of £15 per person.
Sessions for improved wellbeing and stress relief. A creation of sound frequencies and vibrations from gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums and chimes to facilitate the mind and body to achieve balance, harmony and deep relaxation that promotes healing on all levels. All are welcome no experience needed.
Please arrive 10 minutes before starting time to get settled, ware comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket and a cushion plus anything else you feel you may need to be comfortable.
