This two day in person Vocal Sound Healing Immersion Workshop forms Part One of the College of Sound Healing Practitioner Training with the Voice (CoSH)® and can be taken as a stand alone workshop without committing to the full training. It serves as an excellent introduction to the theory and practice of vocal sound healing.

There will be PDF handouts given to you during the workshop but you may find it useful to have a pen and paper for additional note taking.

Wearing comfortable clothing for gentle body and voice warm ups as well as relaxation and meditation practices would be beneficial.
