Embark on the ultimate running adventure with our Couch to 5K program – specially designed for absolute beginners! We'll take it slow, spice it up with fun, and build up to conquering that 5km finish line over 10 weeks. Don't worry if you can't make all 10 weeks, you deserve a holiday!
For just £25, you get 10 weeks of excitement! U12's? They're in for free! But we recommended they just join us for the first 5 weeks.
Join our Whatsapp group upon signup for a weekly dose of the running plan (3 runs per week), including a group run on Thursdays. The other two? Run them at your own pace and time.
And guess what? Once you've conquered those 5km runs, we can point you in the direction of local running groups and events, like parkrun!

Please wear appropriate footwear and warm clothing, it will be dark and it could be icy. You MUST bring some form of light e.g. headtorch or handheld.
Luke will meet you in The Tavern Inn Carpark at 6:30pm, there will be a warm up, a run and then a cool down.
Join us for a drink at The Tavern afterwards, for a chance to chat and share about your week if you want to.
