Recipes to cover all the bases of this staple of world cooking. During the class you will master the following breads:

Basic white dough
Focaccia
Three flour seeded bread
Soda bread

Charlotte will also demo the unbelievable moreish Saturday Bread which you'll all get to taste.

We'll disuss all things sourdough, provide you with a recipe & some of our own starter for you to start producing sourdough loaves at home.

You get a chance to sample what you have baked along with some seasons sides for your supper. The remaing bounty you'll get to take home.

You are welcome to bring your own wine, beer or other drinks. All recipes cooked by you or demonstrated will be sent on to you by email following the class
