The 2020 legislative changes included a new required orientation and annual training for all 245D staff in the area of minimizing the risk of sexual violence.
In this course, we will discuss the required 245D topic of strategies to minimize the risk of sexual violence including concepts of healthy relationships, consent, and bodily autonomy of people with disabilities.
