Weekly Tea Dance from the comfort of your own home. Toe tapping line dances from around the globe with some great music to get you moving, learning something new.
Class starts with a mobility stress relieving warm up followed by some beginner ballroom and Latin dances.

Safe space around you to move in
a sturdy chair or stool for balance and/or part of the warm up
A ball (any ball will work, tennis/dryer or even tightly rolled up socks)
A tea towel
Tea or water to drink :)
