Join us for an over 50s, limited mobility and dementia friendly Tea dance, Gentle warm ups that target common issue areas with joints, mobility, balance and strength followed by brain training exercises to increase cognition and memory sequencing. We are then ready to rock & roll with dances ranging from a foxtrot saunter to a cardio samba and everything in between.
If you’ve danced before but haven’t for a while, have an injury/ long term neurological condition or never danced before there is a warm welcome and friendly faces to meet.
I have over 30 years of professional teaching behind me from competition level to chair based dancing and a life awarded member of the British Association of Teachers of Dance.
What to bring:
A tennis ball or similar
