Hatha Yoga course for beginners. You will learn a series of basic yoga poses and movements, how to breathe properly, plus simple meditation and relaxation practices.
The course is taught by experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher, Tamsin Kelly
No prior experience of yoga required. If you have done the Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs course this is an excellent next steps class.
Students should bring a yoga mat, block and strap. These can be bought from Studio Yoga if needed.
Please fill out a health questionnaire and bring along to your first session. You will also need a yoga mat and blanket/throw for relaxation
