Join our online members' only fitness classes! Babies welcome!

By joining Fitmumas you will also gain access to all our other baby and toddler classes, plus daily support groups and chat. Please do not book a separate membership for baby classes - it's all included in this one.

Join in for as many or as few classes as you wish, for any number of children, keeping some structure to your day and entertainment and activity for both you and your little one(s).

Fitmumas classes are every day - come to as many or as few as you like!

(You need to have completed at least a term of standard Fitmumas before starting Advanced classes.)

NEW CLASS! Fitmumas Flow!
Fitmumas Flow: Wednesdays 8pm and 8:30pm & Friday 10:45am

Fitmumas Flow is a slow paced relaxing class, designed to build core and pelvic floor connection through movement and stretching. Can be attended as an introductory class when returning to exercise post birth, or in conjunction with the standard Fitmumas class for extra rehabilitation focus.

Please note, all fitness classes are undertaken at your own risk. Please be advised it is essential to fill out your online Par-q form and inform us of any existing conditions, injuries or issues you may have. We can not accept you onto the class unless this information is provided.

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our classes, it is your responsibility to adhere to guidance provided and not push yourself beyond your limits, or to perform any exercise that creates pain, discomfort or that you have been advised by a professional against undertaking.

Baby and toddler classes run 4 days a week (Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri):

10:00 Story Adventurers (2.5yrs-4yrs)
10:30 Moving Upwards (confident walkers)
11:00 Moving Onwards (moving or crawling)
11:30 Explorers Sensory Baby Yoga (4/5 months - crawling)
12:15 Munchkins Baby Massage (birth-4/5 months)

Breastfeeding support group 2:00pm Wednesdays with Dora

2pm Workshops
These hour-long workshops are on topics asked for by you! Our FAQs in workshop form, for you to learn more about a topic, ask questions and feel more confident and knowledgeable.


All sessions conducted through interactive meeting software Zoom. This is an online application. When you have booked, your confirmation email will include a link to the page where you can access the classes.

Accessing sessions through PC or Laptop: If using a computer follow the meeting links to access the session automatically.

Accessing sessions through Phone or tablet: If accessing through a phone or tablet you will need to download the Zoom App from the App Store and then use the links which should then access the sessions automatically. Search for Zoom Cloud meetings.
