Susananda Yoga - Slow, Mindful Hatha Flow and Yin yoga classes and workshops

My yoga style incorporates slow, mindful, holistic Hatha and yin yoga asanas, mindful movement, breathing techniques, relaxation, visualisation, meditation and energy work.

I welcome students of all shapes and sizes, as well as with varying levels of physical fitness. Recognising the importance of looking at each unique body. No two human bodies are exactly alike, hence yoga cannot be taught in a uniform way.

I'll lead you into a yoga practice that is empowering - helps you to help yourself, by understanding how your body moves and what affects that movement. Focus will be on stability before flexibility. In particular, supporting anyone struggling with fatigue, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, body image, weight management and many other chronic health challenges to:
reduce pain - sleep better - gain greater ease of movement - increase flexibility and strength - calm the nervous system - develop a better relationship with their body - and more.
