Coronavirus adaptations @ Lillyroo's:

We are planning and hoping to open on Friday 3rd July 2020, following Government's Phase 3 of easing lock-down restrictions - 2 nights minimum required.

We know how much you are all looking forward to getting out glamping and we want to welcome you back, so we have made some changes to minimise the risk to our guests and our team.

The changes include: Introducing the Corona virus booking guarantee; reducing the number of glamping tents; Contactless/Card payments only; 10 metre distance between each glamping tent; Food from our kitchen if pre-ordered; The outdoor seating area has been arranged to allow for social distancing and drinks will be table or delivery service as the indoor bar and barn area will be closed off for guests use; A list of local food delivery/takeaway options; Request to keep 2m social distance when walking around the site at all times; Additional hand sanitisers located around the site; Additional deep cleaning of all facilities and on a more frequent basis including antibacterial fogging between each booking.

Corona virus Booking Guarantee @ Lillyroos:

A low deposit of just £25 (per tent per night) to secure your booking; Balance not due until 10 days before your holiday, in case of late changes to Corona virus guidance (to be paid online or over the phone); Complete flexibility to move bookings for up to 18 months in the event of Corona virus restrictions; Due to low deposit, late balance payment and flexibility of booking, no refunds are offered. 

Unfortunately we will not be offering any group bookings this year however will consider 'support bubble' groups - please call to discuss
