A one hour coached swim at West Reservoir. This is suitable for novices and experienced triathletes*
Please be ready to be in the water for 8.00.
There are changing facilities at West Reservoir, and a cafe. In early summer the water can be a little chilly so please remember a towel and warm clothes.
Swim hats and goggles are compulsory.
Session fee includes day membership of Capital Tri.
*This is a coached session - you must be able to comfortably swim 100m to join in this session.
