Clubbercise at Inmans Primary School, Hedon (this Tuesday only as Blood Doning at Freedom Centre)

Clubbercise - fun, simple dance fitness routines using glow sticks to club anthems from 90's classics to the latest chart hits, in a darkened room with disco lights.

Because of the high and low impact options, Clubbercise is great if you're a beginner or if your already a fitness freak!

First session is £6 which includes your reusable Glow Sticks. £4 a session thereafter.

Additional glow sticks may be purchased for £3.50 or £4.50 or the batteries can be changed which you can purchase in class for £1 for a set of 6 batteries.

Don't forget to bring a drink and get ready to GLOW and have lots of fun. Age is 13+ but under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
