Yoga for Beginners:
🧡Designed especially for complete beginners to yoga.
🧡You will learn basic postures, breathing techniques, a simple yoga sequence and guided meditation.
🧡If you’ve never set foot on a yoga mat before or lacked the confidence to sign up to a session, this class is DEFINITELY for you!
🧡A 7 week course is highly recommend to achieve “the yoga basics” however single sessions are also available £5.50 payg or £5 online
