Welcome to this space for women to come together in a safe, nurturing and supportive environment.
Every month we hold a yoga circle for women of all ages, abilities and ranges in yoga experience (including none at all). It's a wonderful way to ease into movement, find peace in your mind, and connect with a community of other women.
During the session, you will be invited into a combination of yogic movement, meditation, breath, and sound to transport you on a journey into deep inner listening, self-nourishment, and restoration. The session is specifically designed for women: respecting women’s bodies, connecting to their essence and celebrating their power.
It's yoga, but it's not your "ordinary" yoga class. There is much less focus on physical exercise and so much more focus on deeply restful, radical, joyful healing and fun!
If you have never tried yoga before, this is an easily accessible movement, suitable for absolutely ALL women. If you have done yoga before, this will take your yoga experience to a whole new level.
