The focus for Early Years (EY) work has progressed to support practitioners at different stages of their development. Our project is more suitable for experienced EY practitioners (3+ years) who are looking to develop aspects of their practice. This project will focus on Language and Pattern and will enable participants to review their current practice, consider current research and develop their leadership capacity.
There will be 2 separate workgroups, one based in Lincolnshire and one in Nottinghamshire.
Who is this for?
This workgroup is ideal for Early Years practitioners with at least 3 year’s experience who wish to further develop their practice. Teachers who participate in last year workgroup are still able to apply.
