Manager/Supporter Ongoing Learning Hours Day

This is a one day session for anyone in a Manager/Supporter role to attend in order to give assistance in fulfilling the OGL hours remit.

AM: Equality, Diversity & Inclusivity. What does this look like in Northumberland, and how can we promote and celebrate diversity as well as standing against intolerance.

PM: Assisting Managers & Supporters. How do we operate as Managers, and what can be done to help new Managers through their training and validation.

Pack lunch will be required.
