Progress Fitness - Wednesday Classes
Wednesday Fitness Classes are available for booking one week in advance. Wednesday classes are very busy so if no spaces are available, please contact me at email@example.com and I will put you on the waiting list. Priority for spaces is given to customers regularly attending each class.
Fitness classes on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays are all DROP IN.
Prepayment is not required, if you need to cancel please follow the instructions in your booking confirmation to let me know so that I can reallocate the space.
