Baby Massage Taster Session

Come along and try our 50 minute Baby Massage Taster Session (new dates for our 5 week baby massage class are currently being organised). This class is suitable for babies from 6 weeks old to crawling.

This taster session is relaxed, fun and informative and we want you and your baby to enjoy your time with us.

The session includes:
Learning baby massage techniques
Learning useful reflexology techniques
Baby stretches
Songs and rhymes
Relaxation time for parent and baby

The aim of the session is to:
Give a 'taster' of our popular baby massage and reflexology classes
Provide a welcoming, safe place for parent and baby
Provide a fun, bonding time for parent and baby
Help with baby development and wellbeing
Aid relaxation of parent and baby

We will provide:
A mat and towel for your baby
Natural plant oil for massage
