• 3 Words to describe yourself: Passionate, Grounded, Positive
• My why? I have always been passionate about promoting physical and mental health throughout my career in healthcare and now in horticulture. Women’s health is an area that I feel passionate about and think it has been left behind. I believe that knowledge is power. I think it is important to support and empower pregnant women with exercise and education to prepare them physically and mentally for this life changing time.
