Healing and restorative. For this special and extended practice I collaborate with holistic health coach and sound healer Laura Penneycard. Expect a candle-lit blend of meditative movements, sounds and shapes. Every session is different but always starts with an aura cleansing and finishes with a healing sound bath. Evenings usually include gentle Somatic movements and Restorative Yoga, and might also include poetry, affirmations, meditations and mantras.
Suitable for beginners.
Please note - Sound Baths are not advisable to attend if you are pregnant, fitted with a pace-maker, triggered by sounds or suffer from epilepsy.
