yoga and meditation can help with the condition of endometriosis.
In this workshop, you will learn and have the opportunity to experience:
-yoga sequences for managing symptoms of endometriosis, including pain, fatigue, heavy bleeding, cramp, stiffness, chronic fatigue, headaches, nausea
-breathing techniques specific to supporting and healing your endometriosis management, including the pelvic bowl breath, abdomen stretch, inner-body soothing
-mindfulness meditation practices for dealing with difficulty (physical and emotional) and pain, and practices for self compassion, self worth and enriching a broader life through the condition
