Sacred Song

After a little hiatus we're back - come join our monthly community gathering for those wishing to explore sacred song, Nada Yoga or Bhakti in an inclusive and authentic way. Elena and Rachael lovingly guide mantra, kirtan and modern medicine songs to live harmonium and djembe - which you can join in with, or simply listen and soak up the restorative vibrations. Expect traditional Vedic chants, playful vocalisation exercises and incarnations of medicine songs from various wisdom traditions.

Some time to dive into the history of Bhakti and get a feel for mantra translations from the Sanskrit too.

All are welcome and no ‘good singing’ required. Instruments and kids welcome.
