Experience the power of gratitude
In July we’re at the time of year of fullness in nature so it’s a beautiful time to take pause and reflect and take stock of the good in our lives … and offer gratitude for all that we have and all that we are. In this heart and soul-filled session we will practise gently flowing Dru Yoga, and movement and stillness meditations to access the powerful energy of the heart and connected to the infinite source of gratitude which lies within it. You will leave feeling uplifted, calm and content.

About Dru Yoga: Dru Yoga has its roots in hatha yoga and includes classical yoga postures (asanas), pranayama (breath work), mudras (gestures), positive affirmations, empowering visualisations and subtly potent, flowing sequences. “Dru” comes from the Sanskrit word dhruva, which refers to the stillness that can be experienced in yoga and meditation. In this stillness we are able to sit back from anything that may be happening around us and see and act from a point of clarity and inner calm.
