Fully quality assured, this highly effective NQT Teaching & Learning programme equips newly qualified teachers with the skills and strategies to help them reach the next level of professional practice. Programme delegates improve their craft of teaching by attending facilitated sessions, working face-to-face with students, observing colleagues at first-hand, engaging in group discussion and debate, self-assessing and accessing direct effective coaching.
In addition, NQT mentors will receive guidance so that they can maximise their ability to support the NQT’s progress through the programme in their own schools. They will also attend the final Celebration / TeachMeet event.
