If your child has an EHCP (Educational Health Care Plan), IHCP (Individual Health Care Plan) or IBP (Individual Behaviour Plan) please book your places and await an email and phone call from one of our Senior Leadership Team to confirm your booking.
Short Day - 09:00 - 15:00
Long Day - 08:00 - 18:00
Please bring packed lunch, snacks and a drink.
If you are aware of any other needs for your child, please send those in too. EG Change of clothes.
Drop off will be at the front entrance of the site, where you will be registered upon arrival.
At the end of the day, a member of staff will bring your child/children to the front entrance, where we will take your collection password and sign your child/children out of the register.
Nut-free policy -
Although we recognise that this cannot be guaranteed, Testlands aims to be a Nut-Free holiday Club setting. This policy serves to set out all measures to reduce the risk to those children and adults who may suffer an anaphylactic reaction if exposed to nuts to which they are sensitive. Testlands aims to protect children who have allergies to nuts, yet also help them as they grow up, to take responsibility as to what foods they can eat and to be aware of where they may be put at risk. We do not allow nuts or nut products in lunch boxes.
Our “Nut-Free Policy” means that the following items should not be brought into our holiday course setting:
Packs of nuts
Peanut butter sandwiches
Fruit and cereal bars that contain nuts
Chocolate bars or sweets that contain nuts
Sesame seed rolls (children allergic to nuts may also have a severe reaction to sesame)
Cakes made with nuts
