If you have attended a Benefits Training Co. course in the past 12 months, you will be eligible for a free place on this webinar and you will receive a registration link prior to the event.

This one-hour webinar addresses recent changes and current issues affecting benefits claimants and their advisers. It also provides access to our advice service for a further 12 months.

It is aimed at staff and volunteers who have a working knowledge of the benefits system. It will be particularly useful to those who have been on previous training and are looking to extend their access to our advice service.

The webinar will include:

  • Recent guidance and legislation
  • Developments in case law
  • Strategies for problem areas
  • Casework advice and coaching

Level: Advanced

Instructions

You will be sent a separate registration email once your booking has been received. This will include a link to a short survey in which you can let us know your current benefits interests so that we can tailor the webinar to the most relevant needs.

If you have attended a Benefits Training Co. course in the past 12 months, you will eligible for a free place on this webinar.By booking this place it also provides access to our advice service if you have not attended training with us in the last 12 months.
