Every Yoga session is a new chance to reconnect your mind and body. A time for you to be aware of all your body can do, to become acquainted with your strength and release your stress.
Using language that ensures an emphasis on how poses feel, combining Yoga philosophy with physical practice, and providing you the space to be your own person. .
All classes taught by me are not demonstrated, so I can give you my full attention throughout the entire class, instead of getting lost in what I'm trying to show you.
This also allows my classes to be easier for those that need to lip read. All classes are trauma-sensitive as I appreciate that many people come to these classes to manage their issues rather than re-live them.
