BSc in Physiotherapy and a Masters in Advanced Health Care Practice at the University of Limerick, Certificate in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy from Curtin University, Perth, Australia. CORU Registered PT028466

• Teaching Bump Room classes since 2020.
• Qualified as a physiotherapist from Royal College of Surgeons in 2007.
• Sarah spent 8 years working as a physio in Australia. While there, she did APPI Pilates training, specialised women’s health training and was involved with sports team rehabilitation.
• Since returning home Sarah has worked in rehabilitation and primary care environments.
• Mother to 3 children
• Favourite quote: “Keep your face to the sunshine, the shadows will fall behind you”.
• Fun fact: I skydived and did a tandem canyon swing in New Zealand but was too nervous to do a Bungee jump!
• 3 words to describe myself: Passionate, Sensitive and Questioning
• My Why: To be part of the creation of a new narrative for women’s’ health, particularly those living rurally and remotely. To support, empower and facilitate women to experience a pregnancy, birth and post-partum journey of positivity, fulfilment and healing.
