Classes include yoga, relaxation, tea, biscuits and chat in a beautiful baby-friendly space.
I love supporting new mums. I have loads of experience from parenting my own seven children and from working as a midwife and health visitor.
You and your baby will be made to feel welcome, safe and nurtured.
Milk, poo, baby-sick and crying all welcome!
Suitable from 6 weeks after a straightforward birth, or 10-12 weeks after a c-section birth, until baby starts crawling. Please contact me if you have any questions about when to begin. Please note that I cannot accommodate crawling or walking babies, or any older children.
Sanitised yoga equipment is all provided. Please bring a large blanket for yourself and a small blanket or towel for your baby
