Because when you have a child you don't stop wanting to do yoga!
Bring your child along to this yoga class that's for you, but they're not left out. We'll create a cosy, relaxing atmosphere (as much as possible with kids around 😂) and we'll stretch, strengthen and relax our bodies.
No experience of yoga needed, and all body types catered for. You are welcome to bring your kid along to the class although you're equally welcome without. They'll have lots of toys and things around to entertain them, plus an eagle-eyed teacher to keep an eye on them. The yoga will be suitable for all postnatal bodies, no matter how long ago you were preggers.
Do ask if any questions beforehand.
Wear comfy clothes, and if you have a favourite mat you're welcome to bring it along, although I'll supply all the equipment you could possibly need.
