Learn how to take a pattern from an existing garment and the skills and understanding of how patterns are made and adapted. Perfect for any teens who wants to push their pattern cutting skills in a tangible hands on way.

Recommended Materials list:
A garment to trace: a simple t-shirt and a more complex garment such as a dress or shirt with pockets/ collar
Paper (Pattern paper, wrapping paper or any paper taped together into a large piece)
Ruler (+pattern master if you have one)
A sharp pencil and good pen
Pins
Tracing wheel (you can use pins if you don’t have one)
Tape measure
